Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Termination
The Services will commence on the date Client's order is accepted by instantticketseller.com (the "Effective Date") and will continue on the basis of successive billing periods of 30 days (with the first day of each billing period being a "Billing Date") thereafter until terminated by either party. instantticketseller.com will charge the Client's credit card on each Billing Date for the billing period beginning on that date.

Client may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving instantticketseller.com notice at least seven (7) days prior to the next Billing Date.

instantticketseller.com will NOT refund any monies as a result of a Client terminating their service.

Refunds
instantticketseller.com will ONLY refund monies billed to a Clients credit card under the following circumstances:

• instantticketseller.com billed the monies in error, and
• the Client notifies instanmtticketseller.com within sixty (60) days of the date on which the monies were billed, and
• the Client has no other outstanding liabilities to instantticketseller.com

All eligible refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of the above conditions being met.
